Operatives of PDEA RO10 Misamis Occidental Provincial Office and PDEA RO10 Lanao del Norte Provincial Office together with its’ Interdiction Units of both POs jointly conducted a buy-bust operation at Purok 7, Barangay Palao Iligan City late evening of January 24, 2022 which resulted to the successful arrest of a priority drug personality and the confiscation of more or less 2 grams of shabu with an estimated market value of Thirteen Thousand , Six Hundred Pesos (Php 13, 600.00).
The suspect was Gilbert Niño Gaite “aka” Taz Gaite. He is of legal age and a resident of the above-mentioned place.
Gaite, will be facing charges for violation of RA 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
