NEW CURFEW HOURS AND TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF SELLING AND CONSUMPTION OF LIQUOR DURING THE ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE PERIOD effective March 31, 2020 until further notice.
New Curfew Hours 6:00PM to 6:00am.
PROHIBITION OF SELLING, DRINKING AND CONSUMPTION OF LIQUOR
I. During the period of the Enhanced Community Quarantine imposed by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, to prevent the further spread of COVID 19 and to promote social distancing and the compliance of all issuances for the said purpose, all establishments, such as but not limited to stores, malls, restaurants, eateries, stalls, etc., are hereby prohibited from selling, serving, giving, providing and delivering all kinds and types of alcoholic and intoxicating drinks such but not limited to as rum, gin, wine, whiskey, bourbon, vodka, beer, lambanog, bahalina, tuba etc.
II. Consumption and drinking of liquor and intoxicating liquids mentioned in the immediately preceding paragraphs is strictly prohibited in all public places such as but not limited to stores, restaurants, carenderias, eateries, convenience stores, open spaces, streets, roads, alleys, road corners, avenues, plazas, sidewalks, canals, beaches, playgrounds, sports grounds, schools, places of worship (except when the taking of wine is part of the established religious ritual) cemeteries, banks of rivers and waterways, beaches, in any body of water etc., is strictly prohibited;
