ICPS1 Tracker Team under the supervision of PCPT NEIL MARK C QUIPANES, OIC STACOM and tracker team of CIU ICPO under the supervision of PMAJ FERDINAND G DESTUA with information given by SECURITY ALLAINCE jointly conducted Manhunt Charlie Operation at Children’s Park, Brgy. San Miguel, Iligan City that resulted in the successful arrest of the accused Mitchel Gapol y Arcadio by virtue of Warrant Of Arrest for Violation of RAPE BY SEXUAL ASSAULT IN RELATION TO RA 7610 with 120,000 pesos bail recommended and 2 counts of Violation of RA7610 with 200,000 bail recommended. Said warrants of arrest was signed and issued by HON. MYLENE AMEROL MACUMBAL, Acting Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 2, Iligan City dated February 03, 2023.
The arrested person was brought to Iligan CPS 1 for documentation and for proper disposition.
