Iligan City is committed to providing excellent service to its community. Recently, City Director, Maria Maida Daniot and Program Manager, Villebette Sato met with Iligan City Mayor, Frederick Siao to discuss the results of the SGLG Regional Assessment on June 11, 2024 at the City Mayorโ€™s Office, Iligan City.

The assessment highlighted significant improvements in Health, Education, Youth, Social Protection, Peace and Order, Tourism and Culture, among others. This is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the LGU officials and functionaries.

While the LGU made progress, there are governance areas where they can do even better. DILG identified key areas for improvement, including financial administration, disaster preparedness, business friendliness and environmental management.
