The Mindanao State University (MSU) will soon have a Manila Liaison Office Complex which will be constructed by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in Mandaluyong City.

DPWH Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan, citing reports from DPWH National Capital Region Director Loreta M. Malaluan said that DPWH-NCR recently commenced the construction of a four-storey building, having received an allocation of P77 million.

Regional Director Malaluan revealed that the MSU Manila Liaison Office Complex is a much-awaited facility which took six (6) decades of planning.

Inspiration from design comes from Mindanaoan and Muslim heritage, specifically in the architectural and interior works, while its topmost penthouse is dedicated for the exhibition of their rich culture.

“Finally, we have officially commenced this MSU Manila Office which will be able to provide office spaces to all its 11 campuses, its officials, including the university’s Manila Liaison Information Office,” said Regional Director Malaluan.

“This facility will provide accessibility to MSU employees, clients, inlcuding local and international partners, as they visit and learn more about the university,” added Director Malaluan.

When completed, the MSU Manila Liaison Office Complex will be equipped with conference halls and multi-purpose rooms to accommodate MSU’s activities, meetings, and conferences.
