On 1 September 2022, an event was organized and celebrated by the PICE members who breed from various sectors, from the national and local level, private and public groups, the academe, and its allied industries in construction. PICE aims to update the knowledge of its fellow civil engineers and keep up with the current trends and practices of the civil engineering profession. And to ensure the constant upgrade of its members, PICE keeps an eye and zones in on achieving its Continuing Professional Development (CPD) units.

In great delight, the Congressional Office of Iligan City’s representative, Congressman Celso Gomera Regencia, was invited to give an inspirational speech to the members of PICE. In his absence and behalf, in attendance was his local office Chief of Staff, Holden Ian M. Loking. Congressman Regencia’s inability to be in attendance roots in endless but welcomed budget hearings of owhich our representative direly and excitedly attends – for the benefit of our district and people.

To all “Civil Engineers,” please do not cease seeking viable innovations in your field of expertise to benefit our people and country. Mabuhay and God bless the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers!
