“IMPLEMENTING THE DOH-CENTER FOR HEALTH DEVELOPMENT DIRECTIVE DATED 3 NOVEMBER 2021 SETTING A VACCINATION TARGET TOWARDS HERD IMMUNITY”

1. VACCINATION REQUIREMENT.
Vaccination card of at least one dose, or the presentation of a negative RT-PCR test to the following:
a. All drivers, conductors and general operators of public utility vehicles such as jeepneys, buses, tricycle, habal-habal, among others.
b. All commuters taking public utility vehicles.
c. All public vendors operating stalls in the City’s markets, terminals and other economic enterprises, including clients, entrepreneurs, and users of the Slaughterhouse, live auction markets, and Fish Landing similarly.
d. All individuals having any business, transacting, or making queries with any local government office or facility.

2. All private business institutions are highly encouraged to allow clients entry in their premises only upon presentation of vaccination card of at least one dose or the presentation of a negative RT-PCR test.

3. Face shield is optional upon the discretion of the business entity and only in high risk areas such as hospitals as necessary as the policy of the management.

4. To present a government-issued identification card/or other means, as additional requirement to verify proof of identity.
