In partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Philippine Business of Education (PBED), the City Mayor’s Office – Youth Affairs took part towards YouthWorks PH initiating the Training for Work Program on March 15, 2023 at BFF Gym, Luinab, Iligan City.
The primary goal of this program is to provide work-based training for unemployed, Out-of-School Youth. The constituents have already undergone a screening process and have selected for the upcoming training.
YouthWorks PH Coordinator, Ms. Norain Talib was delighted for the partnership with the City Mayor’s Office – Youth Affairs for extending their utmost effort for the youth of Iligan.
In line with the Centers for Youth Participation, this contributed towards the objective on Governance and Global Mobility.
