Here are the acts constituting terrorism as enumerated in Republic Act 11479, also known as the ‘Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020’, which was signed into law by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte yesterday, July 03, 2020.
The said law was not crafted to curtail advocacy, dissent, and other forms of expression, but instead, was created to protect the nation from individuals who commit or intend to commit destructive and inhumane acts of terrorism.
