1. Preferably a college graduate; knowledgeable in computer operations
2. Preferably with eligibility
3. Must be a resident of the assigned municipality in Lanao del Norte
4. Keen with details
5. Able to speak the local dialect
6. With ability to deal with the public tactfully
7. Physically fit for fieldwork; if female NOT PREGNANT
8. With good moral character
9. Does not have any existing work contract with other office/agency
10. Willing to work on Saturdays or Sundays and Holidays beyond 5:00 PM, if necessary
