The highly anticipated Mayor Frederick W. Siao’s Invitational Basketball Tournament 2023 officially commenced with a dazzling Opening Ceremony on the evening of September 21, 2023, at the illustrious Asenso Iliganon Gym.
As the city’s basketball enthusiasts gathered in high spirits, the stage was set for an action-packed tournament featuring four formidable teams vying for the coveted Championship title. The participating teams include Arno CDO, Mr. Kim/Stampede, KSB Glass Iligan, and Damacus Team. Adding to the excitement, former PBA (Philippine Basketball Association) stars and local heroes, including Cyrus Baguio, Bam Gamalinda, Don Hontiveros, Hercules Tangcay, Jeff Biernes, and Patrick Cabahug, are set to showcase their skills and lead their respective teams to victory.
