With continues effort of City Highway Patrol Team Iligan in intensifying the Anti-Carnapping Operation, one (1) of the stolen and Locally Alarmed Motorcycle in Iligan City was recovered by the elements CHPT Iligan.
Based on the report/complaint of the owner of the motorcycle, on January 21, 2023 at about 2:30 in the morning, his motorcycle Rusi Scooter, 2017 model ,color Black with MV file 10010000026**** was parked at Celini Pawnshop located at Mercado st., Poblacion Iligan until he found out that said MC was missing. He immediately proceed to Iligan City Police Station 5 to report his missing motorcycle and to include in the list of Locally Alarmed Vehicles.
By strengthening the Anti-Carnapping Drive at Iligan City, the City Highway Patrol Team Iligan has recovered one (1) Motorcycle, Black Rusi Scooter, positively identified by the registered owner, left abandoned at Tubod Iligan City.
Together with the pertinent documents, subject motor cycle was turned over to registered owner on this day, February 13, 2023 at City Highway Patrol Team Office, Iligan City.
Police Executive Master Sargent Rommel R Flores, TEAM LEADER, CHPT ILIGAN, again lauded the CHPT Iligan personnel involved in the recovery and reiterated to actively enhance the anti-carnapping operation within Iligan City.
Further, PEMS Flores reiterated in calling the public for any victim of carnapping to directly coordinate with City Highway Patrol Team Iligan Office, located at Camp Tomas Cabili, Tipanoy Iligan City.
