Operatives of PDEA RO10 Misamis Occidental Provincial Office and PDEA RO10 Lanao del Norte Provincial Office together with its’ Interdiction Units of both Provincial Offices jointly conducted a buy-bust operation and dismantling of drug den with CDEU and Iligan City Police Station 5 at Purok 7, Barangay Pala-o, Iligan City early this evening, February 11, 2022 which resulted to the successful arrest of a high value drug personality and the confiscation of more or less 12 grams of shabu with an estimated market value of Eighty One Thousand, Six Hundred Pesos (Php 81, 600.00).
Arrested suspect was Paul John Pinote “aka” JanJan Pinote, a priority person of interest against law enforcement of the said city . Also arrested were Jimmy Michael Avendaño Zalsos and Genmark Batoto Sayson.
On the other hand, “aka” Peter Pinote, also a priority drug personality was unfortunately eluded arrest.
All of the above-mentioned suspects were of legal age and a residents of the said province.
Suspects will be facing charges for violation of RA 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
