The PDEA RO-X Lanao del Norte Provincial Office, alongside the Seaport Interdiction Unit of PDEA RO-X Lanao del Norte and the Iligan City Police Station 5, conducted a successful Buy-Bust Operation resulting in the dismantling of a drug den in Purok 6, Brgy. Saray, Iligan City, on February 6, 2024. Seized were approximately 16 grams of shabu with an estimated market value of Php108,800.00.
Among the six drug personalities apprehended were Airon Saceda Arboladora, Ivy Matratar Estrella, Eleazar Matratar Estrella Jr., Russel Glenn Del Frado Duhaylungsod, Abel Langco Gamo, and Carlito Paquingan Paras.
The arrested suspects will be facing charges under RA 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
