ILIGAN CITY (PIA) – – Committed to improve quality service to its consumers, Iligan Light and Power, Inc (ILPI) held an Orientation on Electrical Safety, Connection Process and Compliance Standards in Barangay Digkilaan and set-up a one-stop shop catering residents to process their applications for connectivity.

Some 45 barangay officials and purok presidents from barangays Digkilaan, Bonbonon, Mainit and Rogongon joined in the said information drive.

Human Resource Administration Group Manager Casa Belandres said in an interview that the Orientation on Electrical Safety, Connection Process and Compliance Standards of ILPI aims to improve their services by gathering inputs from their consumers and provide immediate solutions to their concerns.

“Kini nga kalihukan, in line ni sa gusto sa ILPI na mas magpaduol mi sa katawhan para mas makasabot mi unsa jud ang requirement sa mga tao,” she said.

[This initiative is in line with ILPI’s desire to get closer to the people so that we can better understand what the people need.]

“Amo pod programa sa ILPI kaning customer relation namureach out mi sa customer, sa barangay. Dapat naay customer involvement,” he said.

[We also have a customer relation program at ILPI that we reach out to the customer, in the barangay. There should be customer involvement.]
