Iligan City – Iligan City Lone District Congressman Celso Regencia has expressed his profound gratitude to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. for the aid extended to farmers and fisherfolk affected by the El Niño phenomenon. The distribution event took place today at MSU-IIT, where essential assistance was handed out to those in need.
During the event, Congressman Regencia highlighted various support measures and projects initiated by the Marcos administration in Iligan. Notable among these are the Iligan Coastal Road and Iligan Bukidnon Road projects.
Regencia emphasized that once these projects are completed, they will significantly enhance connectivity within Region 10. He pointed out that improved infrastructure will facilitate faster trade, which is a key driver for economic growth and the creation of numerous opportunities.
