The PMOC program is designed for the would-be couples to contemplate the journey they are to enter, usher them in determining their readiness in getting married and guiding them to prepare for their marriage, not only preparing for the wedding.

Requirements

  1. Vaccination Card if fully vaccinated
  2. Mandatory usage of Face Mask
  3. Cedula for both couple
  4. Prepare exact amount of P250.00 for PMC Fee
  5. Wear proper attire (No shorts, slippers and sleeveless)
  6. Bring your own pencil/ballpen
