Joint forces of drug busters from PDEA ROX Lanao del Norte Provincial Office and PDEA ROX Lanao del Norte Seaport Interdiction Unit together with the operatives from 1005th RMFB, Philippine National Police of Iligan City Police Station 5 and City Drug Enforcement Unit successfully conducted a buy-bust operation yesterday afternoon, July 21, 2022 at Purok 4, Brgy. Saray, Iligan City which resulted to the successful dismantling of a drug den and the arrest of Five (5) drug personalities and confiscation of more or less Fifteen (15) grams of shabu with an estimated market value of One Hundred Two Thousand Pesos (Php. 102,000.00).
Arrested suspects were Amie Platitas Nacario, Eloie Donio Parcotilo, Joan Marie de Guzman Lluisma, Arnold Bentasal Mira, and Cris Llegado Pabillaran. Further, they are all of legal age and were residents in the said province.
Suspects will be facing charges for violations of Article II of the Republic Act 9165 also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
