Drug busters of PDEA ROX Lanao del Norte Provincial Office and PDEA ROX Seaport Interdiction Unit together with the operatives of Philippine National Police – Iligan City Police Station 1, 1005TH RMFB, and City Drug Enforcement Unit successfully conducted an anti-drug operation last night, Septemeber 16, 2022 at Purok 5, Barangay Upper Hinaplanon, Iligan City, Lanao del Norte which resulted to the successful dismantling of a drug den and the arrest of Three (3) drug personalities who happens to be government employees and confiscation of more or less Twelve (12) grams of shabu with an estimated market value of Eighty-One Thousand, Six Hundred Pesos (Php. 81,600.00).
Apprehended suspects were Allan Balasabas Bagaipo “aka” Allan, a drug den maintainer, Joneldan Taganas Salvo “aka” Bravo, a visitor of a drug den, and Renato Alivio Osmeña “aka” Dodong, employee of a drug den. All are government emoyees and residents of the above mentioned province.
Suspects will be facing charges for violations of Article II of the Republic Act 9165 also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
