At 05:55 yesterday afternoon June 5, joint operatives of PDEA X Lanao del Norte Provincial Office together with members of the Philippine Army and Iligan City Police Station-1 conducted a buy-bust operation at Famous Pension House, Barangay San Miguel, Iligan City, Lanao Del Norte which resulted to the successful arrest of a target-listed and a high-value target drug personality of the above-mentioned place with the confiscation of One Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand and Twenty-Nine Pesos (Php135,029.00) worth estimated market value of shabu.
PDEA OIC/Acting Assistant Regional Director, IAV CHARLENE R MAGDURULANG, MPA, officially identified the suspect after the success of the said anti-drug operation as Mcrome Dequeta Lozada, a former enlisted personnel of Philippine Army, 40 years old, male, married and a resident of Cotabato City.
However, most importantly the success of the said anti-drug operation was made possible because of the cooperation of the Philippine Army for they do not tolerate such inappropriate act of their men, though PFC Mcrome Dequita Lozada was discharged from service last May of this year but he was once a member of a prestigious organization.

Further, bought and confiscated during the said anti-drug operation were eight (8) pieces in different sizes heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance also known as shabu weighing 19.8573 grams and one (1) piece Five Hundred Peso (Php 500.00) bill with serial number QJ542471 used as buy-bust money and some drug paraphernalia. On the other hand, the urine specimen taken from the above-mentioned arrested drug personality yielded a positive result for the use of shabu.
