At 16:28 PM, August 15, 2020, operatives of PDEA Regional Office 10 Camiguin Provincial Office, Lanao del Norte Provincial Office, Iligan City Police Office PS-4, and CIB, conducted a joint buy-bust operation at Celdran Village, Yale St. Brgy. Tubod Iligan City which resulted in the successful arrest of a known drug personality of the said place and the confiscation of Thirty-Four Thousand Pesos (PhP34, 000.00) worth estimated market value of shabu.
The arrested suspect was identified as Carl Vincent Ambalong y Pagusara, 38 years old, male, married, and a resident of Celdran Village, Yale st. Brgy. Tubod Iligan City.
Moreover, the pieces of drug evidence were forwarded to PDEA Regional Laboratory Office for qualitative and quantitative examination while the arrested suspect was temporarily detained at PDEA RO-X Detention Cell for booking and documentation. Cases for violation of Sections 5 & 11 Art. II of RA 9165 is being prepared for filing in court against the suspect.
