Mayor Siao highlighted the recent TUPAD payout organized in collaboration with the DOLE National Office and Lanao del Norte. The initiative, aimed at providing emergency employment for the poor and displaced, particularly farmers and fisherfolk affected by El Niño, has made a tangible impact on the city.

Through their partnership with Kadiwa ng Pangulo, Mayor Siao identified 112 beneficiaries who received 4,060PHP each for their significant contributions to Kadiwa activities in their respective barangays. This support goes beyond financial assistance; it empowers this sector during times of difficulty.

Mayor Siao expressed gratitude to Joseph Nathan Fabrega and the entire DOLE Lanao del Norte team for their dedication in implementing this program. Together, they are ensuring that no Iliganon is left behind.

“As your Mayor, I assure you of our continued united effort in supporting all workers in our city,” Mayor Siao stated. “Let’s keep moving forward. Asenso Iliganon!”
