The Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA), through its Area Management Office-Northern Mindanao, conducted a profiling of the real estate industry in Iligan City.

The profiling aims to gather and assess data on notable construction sites that could have an impact on the region’s economy, environment, and energy use.

Through this initiative, MinDA hopes to identify potential areas for collaboration and ensure that future projects are aligned with the region’s long-term goals and objectives.

MinDA met with officials and executives from Sitoza Incorporated and New Day Realty Corporation. The profiling covered current and future construction plans, project timelines, utility and infrastructure requirements, waste management plans, and energy and water requirements.

By gathering and assessing this data, MinDA can provide sound advice to local government units and other stakeholders on how to promote sustainable development in the region.
