The Filing of Certificate of Candidacy (COC) is from August 28, 2023 to September 2, 2023 (Monday to Saturday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM) at the City or Municipal Office of the Election Officer (OEO) that covers the Barangay if where an aspirant wants to run and be elected.
However, under Section 191 of COMELEC Resolution No. 10924, the places for the filing of the COC may be moved due to reasons such as, but not limited to, the security of the aspirants and/or COMELEC employees, small area, or other valid grounds.
If no new venue is listed here for a particular district, city or municipality, the place of COC filing will remain at the concerned City or Municipal OEO.
