Thanks to Congressman Regencia’s visionary program, approximately 50 students have recently graduated from the JAV Skills Training Center, Incorporated, earning qualifications in Event Management Services NC III. Remarkably, these students did not have to bear the financial burden of tuition fees, as the fees were covered after a period of concentrated training.
