Philippine Red Cross will be having vaccination activity at Robinsons Place Iligan this coming Saturday and Sunday July 29 & 30, 2023 from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
We will cater Primary Doses and Booster for adults and pediatrics.
Available vaccine: SINOVAC and BIVALENT PFIZER (for A1, A2, A3) & PFIZER for PEDIA
Requirements:
1st Dose: Valid ID
2nd Dose/Missed Dose/ Booster Dose: Vaccination card, valid ID
Pediatric Vaccination (5 to 17 yrs old)
– Birth Certificate / Baptismal Certificate of minor
– Valid ID of minor
– Valid ID of parent/guardian
– If accompanied by a guardian, Barangay Certificate/Special Power of Attorney (SPA) of guardianship
– If with co-morbidities, bring medical clearance from the pediatrician
Categories Eligible:
1st booster: Open to all Category
2nd booster:
A1: Workers in Essential HealthWorkers
A2: Senior Citizen
A3: Adult with Comorbidities
and any category 50 years old and above
