In an effort to bring essential services closer to the community, the Iligan City Civil Registrar’s Office organized the “Serbisyong Iliganon Caravan” at Barangay Dulag on December 12, 2023.

The event, led by City Mayor Frederick W. Siao and City Vice Mayor Marianito “Dodong” Alemania, aimed to provide convenient access to various government services. Among the services offered were the Late Registration of Birth Certificates, facilitated by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA). Additionally, the caravan featured the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) Registration and Verification services.

City Councilor Hon. Michelle E. Sweet, who heads the Committee on Census, Statistics, and Population, oversaw the event, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to the residents of Barangay Dulag and neighboring areas.

Various government departments and agencies collaborated to offer free services to the people of Iligan City and surrounding barangays. The outreach program underscored the commitment of the City Government to deliver crucial services directly to the citizens, promoting accessibility and efficiency in governance.
